By using Site Rival (the "Service"), operated by Nieu Growth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Site Rival is a free tool that analyses your website in comparison to local competitors. It uses publicly available website data, Google PageSpeed Insights, and AI-generated insights to produce a report. The Service is provided "as is" and free of charge.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you do not own or have authorisation to analyse
  • Use the Service to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the Service in any way that could harm third parties

4. Accuracy of results

Analysis results are generated automatically using AI and third-party data sources. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the results. You should independently verify any recommendations before acting on them.

5. Intellectual property

The analysis reports generated for you are for your personal or business use. Site Rival retains all rights to the platform, code, and methodology. You may not reproduce or resell reports generated by the Service without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, Nieu Growth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any analysis results. The Service is provided without warranty of any kind.

7. Third-party websites

The Service crawls publicly accessible competitor websites as part of its analysis. We are not responsible for the content of those websites. Competitor URLs are identified via Google Search and are based on publicly available search results.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
